4. Aadhar card of the owner

5. PAN Card of the owner ( Company's PAN Card will also need along with partners & Directors in case of Partnership & Private Limited Company )

6. Photo of Owner

7. Photo of Establishment

8. Number Employees with wages

9. Nature of Work

10. Form 1 (Enclosed)    

11. Decleration Form (Enclosed)    

12. Three Excel sheets will be send to you, according to the need of Employees details which needs to be submitted.
