4. PAN Card of the owner ( Company's PAN Card will also need along with partners & directors in case of Partnership & Private Limited Company )

5. Firm Pan Card(If Applicable)

6. Form 1 (Enclosed)    

7. Decleration Form    

8. Number of Employees

9. Address Proff Electricity or Rent Agreement

10. Permission of the Constauction. (Nagar Nigam / UID etc.)
